Heavy rain accompanied by strong storm in Delhi-NCR, now it will rain in these parts of the country, alert issued
People have got some respite from the heat after light rain in the national capital Delhi on Sunday evening. On Monday too, many parts of Delhi-NCR received heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms. Heavy rain accompanied by gusty winds speed reaching 30 to 50 km/h occurred over West Delhi, adjoining areas of North-West, South, South-West Delhi. After Monday afternoon, the Meteorological Department had also issued a rain alert for many areas of Delhi-NCR. According to the Meteorological Department, it rained in Rohtak, Bhiwani, Charkhi, Dadri, Matanhel, Jhajjar, Farukhnagar, Kosli, Sohana, Rewari, Palwal, Bawal, Nuh, Aurangabad, Hodal in Haryana. In Uttar Pradesh’s Sikandar Rao, Hathras has also received rain with thunderstorms and strong winds.
