Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has reacted sharply to the arrest of his government’s chief minister Satyendar Jain in a money laundering case. Kejriwal said, “I myself have seen the documents of this case, this whole case is fake. If there was even one percent truth in the allegations, I would have taken action long ago. It is worth mentioning that Jain has been arrested by the ED in the alleged money laundering case.” Regarding the matter, CM Kejriwal said through a digital press conference on Tuesday, “This is a completely fake case. We have an absolutely honest government. This is a very honest party. We neither do nor tolerate corruption of even a single penny. Just now you saw in Punjab there was an audio recording of a minister and no agency, opposition or media knew about it, we could have suppressed it if we wanted, but we ourselves took action against that minister and got him arrested. ,

Kejriwal said, “Desh kya, the whole world had not seen this level of honesty in politics. When we sent our Punjab minister to jail, many people got calls and said that we had never thought that in our life there was this level of honesty. Will see the level of honesty. I have seen the papers of Satyendra Jain myself, I am a well-read man, have a lot of understanding of the law. All the allegations against Jain are fake. The whole case is fake. He has been arrested only because of politics. CM said, “Truth always wins, he sued me and many of my MLAs. Satyendra Jain will also prove to be spotless.”
Kejriwal said, “Similar to what happened in Delhi 5 years ago. We had got an audio recording of one of our ministers. I also dismissed him from the ministry and wrote to CBI. We don’t wait for any agency, we take action ourselves.” But we also see that many central agencies take action. They are politically motivated, so I personally studied the case of Satyendra Jain ji, it is completely fake case. If I have been implicated because of this, I understand that we are walking on the path of truth.
