Corona moves towards COVID 4th wave, 8329 people infected in 24 hours

The outbreak of ‘Coronavirus’ is increasing rapidly in India. A total of 8,329 new cases of corona have been found in the country in the last 24 hours on Saturday. For the last few days, the number of new cases is increasing by about two thousand daily. The rapidly increasing cases are being seen as the fourth wave of Corona. At present, the total number of corona cases in the country has increased to 4,32,13,435 and a total of 5,24,757 people have died so far.
This time many forms of Karona have been seen, in which the most destruction is being caused by Omicron’s subvariants BA.4 and BA.5 (Omicron BA.4 or BA.5). With the change in the form of corona, its symptoms have also changed. Now only cough, fever or difficulty in breathing are no longer symptoms of corona. Keep in mind that corona is no longer affecting only the lungs but can damage any part of the body.
Although many strange symptoms of corona can be seen in patients, but there is one symptom which goes unnoticed. This symptom is associated with fingers or nails. Many researches have claimed that the corona virus affects finger and toe nails. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, you should get tested.
How corona affects nails
It has been said in the study that skin-related disorders are seen in 20% of corona patients. Abnormalities in nails are seen in many patients suffering from infection. This claim has been made in about 61 research studies. Chilblain-like lesions on the nails have been confirmed after infection in patients. Leukonychia has also been found in many patients.
Symptoms of corona seen in nails
- Groove-like marks on fingernails and toes
- White lines on all nails
- Orange color at the end of the nail
- Red mark on nail
- Burning and itching of hands and toes
- Tingling sensation in toe nails
- Nail chipping
Symptoms most commonly found in nails
Although all the symptoms mentioned above are seen in corona patients, but there is one symptom, which is seen more. That symptom is the formation of a red half-moon mark in the nail. In this, a red or purple colored half ring pattern is formed on the nail in the patient.
Keep this in mind
Although studies have not yet confirmed why such red-orange marks form on the nail, but damage to a blood vessel during infection may be one of the reasons. Another reason could be that small blood clots form on the nail due to infection, which leads to discoloration.
