Dehradun jawan missing from China border in Arunachal Pradesh, no news from 13 days
A jawan from Dehradun posted in the 7th Garhwal Rifle on the Chinese border in Arunachal Pradesh is missing for 13 days. His family is originally from Rudraprayag. The missing of the jawan has been informed by the officers of his battalion to the wife.
After this, the local public representatives and people reached his house and advised the wife of the jawan to have courage. According to the information, the family of Jawan Prakash Singh Rana lives in Sainik Colony Ambiwala in Dehradun, while his original residence is in Ukhimath, Rudraprayag. He is posted in the 7th Garhwal Rifle. At present, his duty was going on at the Thakala post on the China border of Arunachal Pradesh.
The jawan’s wife Mamta Rana told that on May 29, the Subedar Major of his battalion informed him about the disappearance. The jawan is survived by his wife Mamta, 10-year-old son Anuj and seven-year-old daughter Anamika.
