Uttar Pradesh : Vigilance raid, scam and disproportionate assets case at several locations of IAS officer Ram Vilas Yadav

Vigilance Uttarakhand has raided the Janta Vidyalaya, located in Purnia of IAS Dr. Ramvilas Yadav, located in Purnia, Rani Kothi, Sitapur Road, Lucknow, Gudamba, Kursi Road. The raiding process is still going on. Apart from this, Vigilance has also raided the locations of Ghazipur district, Ghaziabad district and Uttarakhand.

There is a disproportionate assets case against Ram Vilas. Ram Vilas has previously been Secretary Lucknow Development Authority and Addition Director Mandi Parishad. Ram Vilas is currently working as Secretary in the Department of Rural Development, Uttarakhand. Vigilance Uttarakhand has started investigation by registering a report on the complaint of social worker Hemant Kumar Mishra.

Were close to SP, had gone to Uttarakhand

Ram Vilas Yadav, a Uttarakhand cadre IAS officer posted in UP, was very close to the former SP government. Ram Vilas has previously been Secretary Lucknow Development Authority and Addition Director Mandi Parishad. He had worked in many important positions in Lucknow. When the government changed in the state, Ka Ram Vilas got his posting in Uttarakhand, but the Uttar Pradesh government got information about his irregularities, after which the Uttar Pradesh government itself asked to conduct an inquiry against the IAS officer in Uttarakhand. In this regard, he also sent sufficient documents to the Uttarakhand government. On completion of the investigation, the case of irregularities and disproportionate assets was found to be true. On which Vigilance started investigation, Yadav did not cooperate. He also told the government that Vigilance is not listening to his side.
