Development work in the state will now pick up pace. Small and big construction works, especially in the districts, will be accelerated. The government has assigned the charge of 13 districts to eight ministers. In relation to the appointment of ministers in charge for the supervision of the district planning and monitoring committee and development works, the government has issued an order. Due to non-appointment of in-charge ministers, meetings of the District Planning and Monitoring Committees were not being held. Although the Pushkar Singh Dhami government had brought vote on account for four months in the last week of March. Detailed guidelines have been issued by the government regarding the utilization of the budget of the district plan. In the current financial year, a budget of 733.72 crore has been set for the district plan. 50% of the budget will be used to complete the remaining works. Minimum 15 percent amount has to be spent on self-employment related schemes. At the same time, the Congress alleges that the ministers of the Dhami government do not listen to the CM. Nothing will be done by giving the charge of the districts to it, it will also have to be omitted.
There is pressure on the ministers at this time, on the one hand, to take charge of the districts and on the other hand to present their report card of 100 days before the government. . When Chief Minister Dhami was sworn in on 23 March, along with the oath, the target of 100 days was also fixed by the BJP organization and the government. Therefore, now the time for checking the report card of the government’s work is also approaching. Cabinet ministers are busy preparing this report with full enthusiasm. All the ministers of Dhami’s cabinet claim that they have achieved success according to the target. This 100-day performance will be presented by the minister in front of the Chief Minister and the Chief Minister in front of the public. But, in the midst of all this, the pressure on the ministers is that of the party high command. Because the final seal on the performance report has to be taken from the high command itself. BJP’s National General Secretary Organization BL Santosh had also instructed the ministers in his last visit that the ministers would be checked for performance. At the same time, Congress says that even after 3 months, no road map of the government has come out about which road map the government will work on.
