Bihar : Here 70 houses are going to be landed by bulldozers, the administration has issued a decree, goods will have to be removed from the houses in 1 week

In Patna, the administration has started preparing to run bulldozers at about 70 houses simultaneously. The administration is calling these houses encroachment. The landlords had approached the Circle Officer in this matter. The Circle Officer listened to everyone’s complaint and looked at their documents. After this, the claims of all the landlords were rejected. Along with this, he has also ordered to vacate the plot by demolishing his house within a week. Otherwise, the administration will reach with its bulldozer and destroy all the houses. The cost of demolition of the house will be recovered from the landlord concerned.

These houses are built on 20  acres

In the matter of acquisition of Nepali Nagar land of Rajiv Nagar police station area, the Circle Officer has directed to vacate the 20 acres of houses, boundary walls, huts and other permanent and temporary structures as encroachment within a week. According to the letter issued by the CO of Patna Sadar, Nirala Co-operative Housing Society, Madhu Prakash, Sujit Raj, Anil Kumar, Poonam Prasad, Dularchand Prasad, Arun Kumar Sinha, Meena Devi and Mankeshwar Singh were asked to vacate the house within a week and remove the encroachment. has been ordered. The CO has said in his order that the land which has been acquired belongs to the Bihar State Housing Board. If the encroachment is not vacated, the compensation for the demolition will also be recovered from the landlords. The administration can take action sometime after a week. The CO has given its decision after three hearings.

Struggle committee meeting today

Digha Krishi Bhoomi Awas Bachao Sangharsh Samiti will hold a meeting at Mansapuran temple on Friday regarding the decision given by the CO. Further strategy will be chalked out in the meeting. Committee spokesperson Ashok Kumar said that as soon as the copy of the verdict is received, a petition will be filed in the High Court. The members of the committee will also contact the MLA on Friday.
