Big disclosure in Kanhaiya Lal murder case, NIA team will go to Jaipur for remand of accused Riyaz and Gos
Taking forward the investigation so far in the Kanhaiya Lal murder case, on Friday, the NIA team will file an application in the Jaipur Court for the production remand of both the accused in the Special NIA Court of Jaipur. According to sources, so far it has been found in the investigation that Mohammad Riaz and Gos Mohammad were not alone in this murder, but they have a group in which more than a dozen people are involved. There are also some people from Pakistan in their group who are related to many terrorist groups. Their motive behind Kanhaiya’s murder was only to spread panic and besides Kanhaiya, a person named Nitin Jain was also on their target.
In fact, these people told the police that there was a motive to kill Kanhaiya Lal live after the remarks made on Prophet Mohammad so that their action would spread panic in a community and both of them would become heroes of their religion. This group of people used to talk often in their group of social media about the news of Hindu Muslim dispute for a long time. For a long time, they were planning to do something big.
He considered ISIS as his ideal to make India an Islamic State. Both the accused often used to watch videos of ISIS and Taliban. Both of them consider Hindus as Kafirs. And for the purpose of spreading panic among Hindus, when stones were pelted in many parts of the country after Nupur Sharma’s statement, they felt this is the best opportunity to become the hero of their religion. After Kanhaiya Lal’s reaction to Nupur Sharma’s post, he considered Kanhaiya as the easiest target. Although there were many big people on their target but they were far away from their reach.
According to sources, when they were interrogated in police custody, they have no remorse for their actions. Both are still claiming to fulfill their purpose by taking their religion in front of the police. They say that even though they will be sacrificed for their religion, but even after that there are many people of their group who are now engaged in making India an Islamic country. And in the coming days, the consequences of those who misbehave in the glory of Prophet Mohammad will be worse than Kanhaiya Lal. According to police sources, the accused had gone to Pakistan by train in 2014 for 45 days where he was mostly in contact with people who were associated with different terrorist groups in some way or the other.
Was working like sleeper cell for last many years
For the last several years, on the orders of the masters of Pakistan, both of them were working like sleeper cells while living in Rajasthan. For a long time, he used to contact his masters through different apps. Their purpose was to go to Ajmer after killing Kanhaiya Lal and claim to come before Allah by punishing those who treacherously in His glory.
According to sources, during the interrogation of the police, both told that they had hatched this conspiracy after the statement of Nupur Sharma. After which weapons were made in this welding factory in Sepatiya area of Udaipur and after that after carrying out the massacre, made a video in the office of the owner of that factory. Investigating agencies have recovered that weapon from there.
