Zee Media took this decision after Sudhir Chaudhary’s resignation

After the resignation of Sudhir Chaudhary, Zee Media has now taken a new decision. Under this decision, the editors of ‘Zee News’, ‘Zee Business’ and ‘Zee 24 Taas’ will now report to the President (Strategy and Innovation). At the same time, the editor of ‘WION’ will report directly to the publisher.

An internal e-mail issued in this regard (a copy of which is also with news4media) read, “This is to inform all of you that after spending a decade at Zee Media, Cluster-1 CEO Sudhir Choudhary has It has been decided to move forward in a new direction by separating from ‘Zee Media’. He is associated with us since the year 2012 and has been instrumental in taking the Cluster-1 channels to greater heights. Sudhir Chaudhary is now moving towards setting up his own venture. Respecting his ambition, the organization has accepted his resignation with a heavy heart.
