Uttarakhand / Thalisain : Late night vehicle accident, 5 injured
A vehicle has crashed near the gas godown on Thalisain-Ramnagar motor road of Thalisain police station area. In which 5 people were seriously injured. It is being told that the employees and laborers of the Forest Department were in the vehicle. The injured have been admitted to Thalisain Community Health Centre. where they are being treated.
Thalisain SHO Satyendra Singh Bhandari said that a vehicle has crashed near the gas godown on Thalisain-Ramnagar motor road. On information, the SHO reached the spot along with the police force and fire personnel. It is being told that this vehicle was going to Jivai with saplings from the Forest Department Nursery Thalisain in view of Harela festival around 10 pm. Which crashed uncontrollably near the stopper culvert. Forest department employees and laborers were in the vehicle. Those who were brought to the Community Health Center Thalisain by 108 ambulance and the vehicle of the Forest Department. In the accident, forest constable Arvind Kumar (38) resident of Bejro beat Kotdwar, driver Sandeep Rawat (30) resident of village Kund Bejro, Harendra Singh (28) resident of village Jivai, Devendra Singh (32) resident Tolayo Kund Bejro and Satish Singh (30) resident Jiwai is injured.
