Uttarakhand / Dehradun : 4.71 lakh was grabbed by the deal to get the plot to the OT technician

4.71 lakh rupees were grabbed by making a deal to get land in Kolhapani, Premnagar to technician of operation theater of private hospital. Harish Chandra Hall resident Chandralok Colony Dilaram gave a complaint regarding the fraud. Said that Vikas Kumar, resident of Kasana, Kishanpur and Amarjeet Samra resident of Shivalik Apartment Canal Road made a deal to get the plot. The agreement for the plot was done on 16 September 2021. The victim paid an advance of Rs 4.71 lakh. It is alleged that after this the registration of the land was not done. The victim later came to know that the accused took money from her by showing fake documents. Premnagar SHO Deepak Rawat said that investigation is being done by registering a case against both the accused on Tahrir.
