The veterinary officer was injured by a fatal attack by the pharmacist of his own hospital. After that he ate the poisonous substance. The pharmacist died during treatment. The reason for the dispute is being told that the pharmacist has been transferred. The female veterinary officer has submitted a complaint against the pharmacist at the Kathgodam police station.
Dr. Vinita Tolia Jangpangi, a resident of Neelkanth Vihar located in Kamaluvaganja, is posted as Veterinary Officer in Kunwarpur of Kathgodam police station area. She told that she was in the office on Saturday morning around 10:30. At the same time, pharmacist Bhuvan Chandra Pant attacked him with a stick. After the first blow, when she tried to escape from the pharmacist, it is alleged that Bhuvan Singh grabbed her and dragged her inside and repeatedly attacked her, due to which she bled. The pharmacist left after the incident. She called her husband and reached the hospital. According to the veterinary officer, he has got eight stitches on his head. In this case, a complaint has been given on behalf of the female veterinary officer alleging a fatal attack on the pharmacist.
The matter of transfer became the reason for the controversy
The Veterinary Officer said that the pharmacist was posted in the hospital for the last four years. He had quarrels many times because of not working. High officials also explained to him. It is being told that someone had informed Bhuvan Chandra that he was being transferred at the behest of the Veterinary Officer. It is feared that he took the step of assault on this matter.
Staff was not in the hospital at the time of incident
Veterinary officer said that when Bhuvan Chandra Pant reached his office with the intention of attacking, other staff were not present in the hospital at that time. The staff had gone for vaccination.
Pharmacist found unconscious in front of campus, died in STH
The pharmacist was lying unconscious across the road in front of the hospital after consuming the poison. People took him to the hospital. People called Bhuvan Chandra’s family. His son Saurabh Pant reached the hospital with mother Rekha. Pharmacist died during treatment at STH. The post-mortem of the body will be done on Sunday. Bhuvan has daughter Priyanka, son Saurabh and Deepak. Bhuvan Chandra Pant, originally from Bageshwar, lived with his family in RK Tent House, Kusumkheda. Saurabh told that when the phone reached him, he was studying at home. He was informed about his father’s ill health and being admitted to the hospital. When Bhuvan Chandra’s wife Rekha, who reached the hospital, got the news of her husband’s death, her condition had also deteriorated. Here, a complaint has been submitted on behalf of Saurabh accusing the Veterinary Officer at Kathgodam police station of mentally harassing her and creating unnecessary pressure.
Police registered cross FIR
SSP Pankaj Bhatt said that on the basis of the complaint given by the Veterinary Officer after the morning incident, a report was registered against pharmacist Bhuvan Chandra Pant under section 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt to any person). On the basis of the complaint given by his son Saurabh Pant after the death of the pharmacist, the police have also registered a report against Veterinary Officer Dr. Vinita Tolia Jangpangi on charges of abetment to suicide.

There was no such thing as mental torture and no pressure was being created. Pharmacist Bhuvan Chandra Pant did not act responsibly. So many times verbal warnings were given. Even after this, the higher officials were also informed about the non-compliance. The allegations leveled by his family are baseless.
