Uttarakhand / Haridwar : There was a stir due to the explosion of the pressure cooker

There was a stir when a pressure cooker exploded in a well-known restaurant near Harki Paidi. Amidst the chaos, people ran from the restaurant making noise.

The matter is of late Saturday night, when passengers were sitting and eating food in a restaurant near Harki Paidi. Chole was being boiled in the cooker. During this the cooker exploded with a loud bang. Thankfully no passenger was hurt. Harki Paidi was shocked by the news of the blast. Later people came to know that there was an explosion-like sound due to the explosion of the cooker. Kotwal Rakendra Kathait said that there was no significant damage due to the explosion of the cooker.
