Free vaccination dose campaign started in Uttarakhand for 18 to 59 years, CM started COVID Vaccination Amrit Mahotsav by getting vaccinated

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched free Vigilance Dose to the age group of 18-59. CM Dhami administered vigilance dose at Gandhi Centenary Hospital. During this, Health Minister Dr Dhan Singh Rawat was also present. Under the Kovid Vaccination Amrit Mahotsav in Uttarakhand, from today all eligible persons above the age of 18 years have started getting vigilance dose of anti-coronavirus vaccine free of cost. Chief Minister Dhami has appealed to all the people to take vigilance dose. Till now, the vigilance dose was being charged in private hospitals for Rs 386. However, due to non-availability of private hospitals in the hill districts, there was no vigilance dose.

Now vigilance dose will be provided free of cost in all health units of Uttarakhand. This dose will be given to those who have taken the second dose after six months or 26 weeks. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that vaccination is the biggest weapon in the fight against corona pandemic. All the people of the state who are above the age of 18 years, they must get vaccinated while being a part of the Kovid Vigilance Dose Campaign and encourage other people to do the same. Said that the pace of corona infection has definitely slowed down, but this epidemic is not over yet. Even now it can be avoided only through awareness, cleanliness and vaccination.
