When will the lion printed on the rupee show its teeth to the dollar? Former IAS taunted

The Indian rupee has been continuously depreciating against the dollar. On July 14, the Indian rupee reached a level of 79.74 against the dollar. This is the lowest level ever. It is feared that this figure may even reach beyond Rs 80. The opposition parties are attacking the Modi government on this issue. There has also been a debate on social media.
Former IAS Surya Pratap Singh quipped, ‘When will the lion printed on the Indian rupee show teeth to the dollar?’ On the other hand, MP Varun Gandhi has also expressed concern about the falling level of the Indian rupee. He wrote on Twitter, “The depreciating rupee is affecting the life of every Indian and eroding our self-confidence. Like the soldiers guarding the nation on the outskirts, the RBI will have to take all possible steps to save the rupee going into the abyss. Rupee is not just currency, it is the pride of the nation! We have an identity!”
On the other hand, the Twitter handle of the Indian Youth Congress has also been tweeted about the Indian Rupee. In which it is written, “Today a new record in Vishwaguru India, Indian currency reached the lowest level with 80 rupees per dollar!”
Let us tell you that the reason for the falling price of the Indian rupee is the strengthening of the US dollar in the international market. Due to which the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is unable to do anything about the falling currency. This will have a direct impact on the import business. Those who order goods from abroad, now they will have to pay much more. Along with this, it will also have a bad effect on the pockets of the general public.
