Pragyan Ojha said after the retirement of Ben Stokes – Quit Test, now the future of ODI cricket is in danger

Former India cricketer Pragyan Ojha feels that the future of One Day International cricket, not Test cricket, is in danger. Ben Stokes has announced that he will play his last ODI against South Africa on Tuesday. England’s Test team captain Ben Stokes has said that he will retire from the format after the one-day international against South Africa on Tuesday.
Ojha wrote on Twitter, ‘We were worried about the future of Test cricket, but now the future of ODI cricket seems to be in danger. In future we will see many cricketers who will retire from this format. Will have to think about it. 31-year-old Stokes is included in the world’s best all-rounder cricketers. When England won the ICC World Cup in 2019, Stokes played a memorable innings of 84 not out in the final match.
Stokes had announced his retirement through social media and said that it would not be right for him to play in three formats and hence he is retiring from One Day International cricket. Stokes played the first ODI of his career in 2011 and has so far scored 2919 runs and 74 wickets in 104 ODIs for England.
