Uttarakhand / Kotdwar : Congress rages on Sonia’s questioning, protests against Center

On Friday, the Congress staged a sit-in protest against the central government in protest against the ED’s questioning of Congress National President Sonia Gandhi. The protesters were accusing the central government of intimidating opposition parties by putting pressure on constitutional bodies like ED, CBI.

District President Dr. Chandramohan Kharkwal said that the opposition parties including Congress are constantly raising issues like inflation, unemployment, corruption, Agniveer, but the central government is diverting the attention of the people of the country from the real issues of the country. On this occasion, District President Dr. Chandramohan Kharkwal, Metropolitan President Shakuntala Chauhan, Youth Congress President Amitraj Singh, Vijay Narayan Singh, Sunita Bisht, Pravesh Rawat, Mahendra Pal Singh, Mukesh Malhotra, Rupendra Singh Negi and many other workers were present.
