Uttar Pradesh / Hathras : Horrific accident, dumper tramples Kanwariyas carrying Ganga water; 6 dead

A horrific accident has happened in Hathras of Uttar Pradesh. Here on the Agra-Aligarh Highway, a truck trampled the Kanwariyas. 6 Kanwariyas have died in this accident. Let us tell you that these kanwariyas were going from Haridwar to Gwalior with Ganga water and this accident happened with them on the way. Know that this incident happened late in the night, when the truck crushed, 5 Kanwariyas died on the spot and one died in the hospital during treatment. Police is investigating the matter.

ADG of Agra Zone, Rajiv Krishna told that the accident happened at around 2.15 pm late in the night. 7 Kanwariyas came in the grip of the truck. The incident took place in Sadabad police station area. 6 Kanwariyas have died in the accident. These kanwariyas were going back to Gwalior from Haridwar.

Let us tell you that earlier on July 18, a similar incident had happened in Amroha, UP. Here the bus crushed two kanwariyas, after which there was a lot of commotion. The deceased were on their way towards Moradabad.

After the accident, fellow kanwariyas had blocked the national highway and vandalized the roadways bus. However, later after persuasion by the officials, people had vacated the road. The officials had assured him of strict action against the guilty.
