In Uttarakhand, the government has given a big responsibility to 2 PCS officers, PCS officer Lalit Mohan Rayal has got the responsibility of Additional Secretary Chief Minister and PCS Officer Navneet Pandey has got the responsibility of Additional Secretary Chief Minister.
