Uttarakhand / Vikasnagar: The condition of Ambag-Kalsi market road is in bad shape, resentment among the local people

Ambag Kalsi Bazar motor road connecting Tehsil headquarter Kalsi is in pathetic condition for many years. Regarding which neither the concerned department nor the public representatives are paying attention. Due to which there is anger among the local people.

The road connecting Ambagh-Kalsi Bazar with Kalsi-Chakrata motorway is in pathetic condition for many years. The traffic of officers is also kept on this route. The condition of this road becomes even more dangerous during the rainy season. Despite this, the concerned departments and public representatives are not paying any attention to this. Local villagers say that many times the public representatives and administration were made aware of this. Despite this, this road has not been improved for many years.

Deputy District Magistrate Kalsi Saurabh Aswal said that in the past also the estimate of the route has been sent. But even after a long time, no action was taken by the concerned department on the route. Instructions have been given to the Public Works Department to make an estimate for the improvement of this route for about one and a half kilometer. As soon as the estimate is prepared, it will be sent to the higher officials, so that quick action can be taken.
