Karnataka Chief Minister said – “Yogi Adityanath model” will be implemented to deal with communal forces if the situation prevails

Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has said that if the situation prevails, the Yogi Adityanath model will be implemented in the state to deal with communal forces. Amid heavy pressure within the party following the killing of a youth leader, Chief Minister Bommai today said he would follow the “Yogi Adityanath model” in the state if the need arises.

He said, “Given the situation in Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath is the right person as chief minister to handle the state. In Karnataka, we are issuing different methods to deal with communal forces. If the situation arises So the Yogi model will be implemented here too.”

On the killing of Praveen Nettaru, CM Bommai said, “There is anger in our hearts after this murder. Within a few months of the killing of Harsh (Bajrang Dal workers) in Shivamogga, this incident has pained me.” The CM said that this murder is a conspiracy by anti-national forces to disturb peace and sow hatred. His government is determined to end this situation.

He said, “With regular checks, strict laws and punishment to completely eliminate organizations and individuals involved in terrorist activities like PFI, we have provided training and ammunition to specially trained commando force in the state- Decided to move on together.”

Praveen Nettaru’s killing has sparked outrage within the party and youth members yesterday launched a mass resignation campaign, declaring that the state government was unable to protect them.

Two people arrested in connection with the murder of Praveen Nettaru Bellare are said to have links with the extremist Islamist organization Popular Front of India.

Supporters of the BJP and Sangh Parivar accused the Bommai government of failing to protect the lives of Hindu workers.

Yogi Adityanath in Uttar Pradesh is seen as being tough on the law and order front, which was one of his key election promises. Other measures have also been taken in cases of communal clashes. Such as heavy fines on criminals and using bulldozers on their illegal properties.
