Uttar Pradesh : Pitbull reached the trainer from the custody of the municipal corporation
Pitbull breed dog Brownie, who thrashed the elderly mistress in the Bengali tola of Kaiserbagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh’s capital, has now reached the trainer. On Thursday, there was a stir over the custody of Pitbull throughout the day. When Pitbull’s owner, gym trainer Amit Tripathi, reached the municipal office in the morning, he was returned with an affidavit. After this, many other pitbull lovers also appeared interested in its custody. Later, Amit was handed over to the pitbull by the municipal corporation and he took it to the dog trainer. Only if the trainer’s training and behavior is all right will the Brownie be allowed to return to his owner, Amit.
Amit Tripathi, saddened by the death of his mother, said that Brownie cannot be considered guilty in this entire incident. Animals sometimes become uncontrollable. So we cannot leave them. He said that under the order, we have taken out our dog from the municipal corporation and taken it to the trainer. From there, when the certificate will be received and as per the order, we will take action on that basis. Will you bring the dog home? On this question, while talking to NBT Online, Amit said that why will we not bring it? Our mother is no more, now how can we punish the dog for this. When the training session is over and the dog’s behavior is found to be normal, then what will be the problem in keeping him in the house?
Diya Banke’s example
Amit gave the example of rhinoceros Banke and said that you cannot judge animals by these incidents. Actually, the rhinoceros Banke, considered the hero of the rhinoceros rehabilitation project in Dudhwa National Park, died under suspicious circumstances. There were injury marks on his body. It was believed that the injury was caused by his own family members. Through this example, Amit said that what should be the behavior of animals at what time? How can you say? Amit says we will constantly be in touch with the trainer and will meet the dog.
Brownie was kept at ABJ Center
Pitbull Brownie, who thrashed his mistress, was kept at the ABJ Center on behalf of the municipal corporation. There his behavior was monitored for 14 days. During this time, he did not appear to be doing anything serious. However, it was clarified by the corporation administration that after the detention period, Pitbull would be handed over to a dog trainer only. In this situation, the owner was told not to give the dog. The team constituted under the leadership of Dr. Abhinav Verma, Animal Welfare Officer of the Municipal Corporation, monitored the activities of Pitbull.
