Case filed against many union ministers including PM Modi in Muzaffarpur court, hearing will be held on August 6

On Friday, a case has been registered against several Union ministers including PM Narendra Modi in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate of Muzaffarpur. The matter will be heard on 6 August 2022.

Vinayak Kumar, a resident of Saraiya police station area of ​​Muzaffarpur, has filed a complaint against several ministers including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Union Aviation Minister Jyotiraj Scindia, Union Railway Minister Ashwani Vaishnav. The court has fixed August 6, 2022 for the next hearing in the case.

Regarding the matter, advocate Sudhir Ojha said that due to privatization, the rights of common citizens have been violated. Unemployment has increased in the country, anarchy has increased, fundamental rights have been snatched away. Fundamental rights have also been taken away by truncation in the departments, for which this complaint has been filed.
