Uttarakhand / Champawat : Janaushadhi center did not shift even after DM’s order

Even after three days of DM’s instructions in the Upazila Hospital, the Janaushadhi Kendra has not been able to shift to its main building. Even after raising the demand from the sub-district hospital several times, till now no action has been taken on it.

Dr. Junaid Qamar, medical superintendent of the sub-district hospital, told that where the Jan Aushadhi Kendra has been opened. The building was for the emergency services room. In the past, the Jan Aushadhi Kendra operator was given to open there if there was no building. After the construction of the new building, several times the director of Jan Aushadhi was instructed to open the center in the new building. Dr. Qamar told that three days ago DM Narendra Singh Bhandari had also given instructions to shift the center to the new building. Whose written order has also come from the CMO. But till now the center has not been shifted. According to Dr. Qamar, if the Janaushadhi center is not shifted soon, necessary action will be taken against the center operator.
