Subramanian Swamy filed a case against Akshay Kumar, saying- ‘he can be evicted from the country’

Akshay Kumar has come into controversy regarding his film ‘Ram Setu’. BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has filed a case against him. Swamy is seeking compensation “for the damage caused due to falsification in the depiction of the Ram Setu issue in his film”. The BJP leader has given this information through social media. He wrote in a tweet, ‘The compensation case has been finalized by my associate lawyer Satya Sabharwal. I am suing actor Akshay Kumar and Karma Media for damages caused by falsification in the portrayal of the Ram Setu issue for their film’s release.’

In another tweet, Subramanian Swamy also said that Akshay could be arrested and evicted from the country. He wrote, ‘If actor Akshay Kumar is a foreign national, then we can ask him to arrest and evict him from the country.’ On the other hand, Advocate Subramanian Swamy’s associate wrote in his tweet, ‘A film based on Ram Setu has been produced by Karma Media, in which Dr. Swamy’s Supreme Court order has been used as a poster.’
