Earth shaken in many districts of Bihar, people felt earthquake tremors
The big news of this time is from Bihar where earthquake tremors have been felt in many areas of the state on Sunday morning. Earthquake tremors were felt in Bihar’s Begusarai, Kishanganj, Katihar, Muzaffarpur, Madhepura, Araria, Sitamarhi, Darbhanga, Supaul, Lakhisarai and Munger. According to the local people, around 8 am on Sunday, all the people suddenly felt the tremors of the earthquake.
Although the intensity of the earthquake was very low, due to this, due to minor tremors, most people have not been able to realize it. People have felt mild tremors of earthquake in Katihar too. In fact, it has been raining in many areas of the state since the first morning on Sunday. Before this, it has rained in many areas on the late night of Saturday as well. At present, there is no news of any untoward incident from anywhere in the midst of the earthquake news.
According to the National Center for Seismology, the magnitude of the earthquake was measured at 5.5 on the Richter scale. Its center was 147 km southeast of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. There is currently no report of any damage due to the earthquake.
