Uttar Pradesh : Four candidates including solver arrested in Varanasi, ITI teacher has been mastermind

Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has conducted the Lekhpal Recruitment Main Examination in various cities including Varanasi today. UP STF on Sunday arrested four candidates, including solvers, from three examination centers in the city. Bluetooth, ear buds and other electronic devices were recovered from the possession of the candidates.

According to ASP Vinod Kumar Singh of STF Varanasi unit, candidate Pushpendra Singh, resident of Ramgarh Chunar from Uday Pratap College, Bhojubir examination center, Arya Mahila PG College, Chetganj, Rajnarayan Yadav, resident of Rasda Kamsipur in Solver Ballia, Krishna Yadav resident of Bansdih Jai Nagar in Ballia and Dilip Gupta, a resident of Pratapgarh Raniganj, was arrested from Rampyari Rastogi Inter College Bansfatak.

The mastermind is a resident of Prayagraj

Bluetooth, ear bud and other devices were recovered from the possession of Pushpendra and Dilip Gupta. The mastermind of the gang is Vijay Kant, who was running the network from Prayagraj. According to STF Varanasi unit, more information is being collected about the arrested accused. The police of the concerned district has also been contacted.

According to STF, Vijay Kant Patel, resident of Prayagraj, has worked as a teacher in ITI College, Mubarakpur, of copying and education mafia Dr. K. L. Patel for about three years. From there he got involved in this business with him. About a month ago, five people have also been admitted to the Gramin Dak Seva (GDS) by taking money, which has been verified, about which detailed inquiries are being made.

Arrested mastermind Vijay Kant told the STF during interrogation that Lekhpal had dealt with a total of seven candidates in the examination for Rs 10 lakh each. Everyone was made to sit in the exam by making arrangements for bluetooth, ear bud and micro mic etc.

Pushpendra Singh, a resident of Chunar of Mirzapur, who was arrested, told the STF during interrogation that before reaching the Uday Pratap College located in Bhojubir, the examination center was briefed by the mastermind Vijay to keep the device on and answer all the questions as soon as the paper was out. from different mobiles through their bluetooth devices.
