Madhya Pradesh / Jabalpur : Same exit gate…and people trapped in the mouth of death, if the power is cut, the fire was found under control

10 people died in a fierce fire in a private hospital in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. While three people are seriously injured. It is being told that most of the dead are of the hospital’s staff. There is only one exit in this hospital. There is a gate. When the fire started, people ran to get out in a hurry. While some people got trapped and became victims of the accident.
After the incident, 6 fire brigade vehicles brought the fire under control after an hour-long exercise. The incident of fire created a hue and cry in the hospital. The hospitalized patients were shifted to other hospitals in a hurry. It is said that a sudden fire broke out in the afternoon at New Life Multi Specialty Hospital in Chandal Bhata area of Gohalpur police station area.
Many people trapped inside the hospital
Most of the people got trapped inside as there was only one exit from the hospital. The fire took a formidable form on sight. Even the fire brigade vehicles were not able to control the fire in the beginning. After this, when the employees of the electricity department disconnected the electricity connection, then after an hour’s effort, the fire could be brought under control.
Confirming the incident, Jabalpur SP Siddharth Bahuguna said that after the fire, 4 people had died on the spot due to severe burns. Three people have suffered serious burns, whose condition remains critical. More than half a dozen more people are also injured. The identity of the dead is being done there.
State government announced compensation
The state government has announced an assistance of Rs 5 lakh each to the next of kin of the dead and Rs 50,000 to the seriously injured. The state government will also bear the entire treatment cost of the injured.
