Under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, the tricolor will be hoisted in 20 lakh houses of Uttarakhand, CM Dhami made this appeal
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign in the state on Monday. At the same time, BJP’s national spokesperson Sambit Patra, who reached Dehradun, presented the tricolor to Chief Minister Dhami and party’s state president Mahendra Bhatt. A meeting was convened with representatives of various NGOs in connection with the program ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ under the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence at the Chief Sevak Sadan located at the Chief Minister’s residence. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to the people of the country to run the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign on a large scale. Tricolor will be hoisted in 20 lakh houses in the state.
Said that NGOs and institutions of the state are also being taken along in this campaign. Along with Uttarakhand Devbhoomi, Veer Bhoomi is also there. Always remember the brave fighters who gave their all for the freedom of India. Our new generation should know more and more about such sacrifices. In the nectar festival of independence, the nation is remembering these brave sacrifices of the country. He said that a new work culture has come in the country under the leadership of the Prime Minister.
BJP’s National Spokesperson Dr. Sambit Patra said that the Tricolor campaign is being run at every house under the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. This is a program of patriotism. In this, from August 13 to August 15, all the countrymen have been requested to hoist the tricolor in their respective homes. This is not just a government programme. This is a mass movement in which everyone’s participation is necessary. He said that under the Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi, a cleanliness campaign would also be launched on the statues of the revolutionaries who were martyred for the freedom of the country.
More and more people join it, for this, publicity should be spread widely. In his Mann Ki Baat program, the Prime Minister has appealed to put the national flag tricolor in the social media account as DP and profile pic. Said that all organizations should be taken together. School children and youth should be told the glories related to the independence of the country. Cabinet Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, State Organization General Secretary Ajay Kumar, BJP State General Secretary Kuldeep Kumar, representatives of various NGOs and others were present on the occasion.
1250 Amrit Sarovar will be built in the state
The Chief Minister said that 1250 Amrit Sarovar would be built in the state. He called upon all the people of the state to DP of the tricolor on social media accounts from August 2 and from August 13 to August 15, everyone should put the tricolor in their homes. On August 9, a tricolor yatra will be taken out in Dehradun.
