Uttar Pradesh : CM Yogi said – earlier daughters used to go to school barefoot, now education like convent in government schools

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that before 2017, daughters used to go to school barefoot, trees used to grow on the roofs of school buildings, children used to go to school and they did not know that the school was a garden. Somewhere in the schools there were teachers, there were no students, there were students and there were no teachers. He said that in the last five years, the State Government has taken steps to enhance the quality of education, so today government schools are getting convent-like education. The Chief Minister transferred Rs 1,200 for school uniform, school bag, shoe-stocking, sweater and stationery to the bank account of the parents of 1.91 crore children of council schools in a program organized at Indira Gandhi Foundation on Monday. In the program, mathematics and science kit distribution was started in primary schools and mathematics and science kits in upper primary schools. At the same time, the headmasters and village heads of the schools with the highest cleanliness were honored.
Addressing the program at Jupiter Hall packed with teachers and education officers, the Chief Minister said that the number of students in council schools has increased from 1.34 crore to 1.91 crore in five years. Uniforms, shoes, socks, school bags, sweaters, copies and stationery are being given to every school child by the government. He said that every student of the council takes pride in the fact that I am also entitled to get a good education on the lines of any public and convent school.
The Chief Minister said that in the last five years, one lakh 62 thousand teachers have been deployed in the council schools. On the other hand, through Operation Kayakalp, the Central and State Government along with public representatives, officials, old students have rejuvenated the schools. Many schools are visible today. The Chief Minister said that everyone knows what was the condition of the council schools before 2017. At the same time, the result of the hard work done by the teachers and education officers in the last five years is that today the Basic Education Council has become a symbol of faith.
Education was affected by Corona, but did not stop
The Chief Minister said that the education sector was most affected by the corona infection. But the government did not allow education to stop, he said. Along with digital education, online education, reading lessons were also arranged from Doordarshan and All India Radio.
‘More than nine hundred schools got five rating’
Swachh Vidyalaya Awards are being given by the Government of India to encourage schools for cleanliness and cleanliness. In this, more than nine hundred schools of the state have got five star rating. Out of this, the best 26 schools are being awarded at the state level. Out of this, nine schools were honored by the Chief Minister by giving awards. In the program, the Chief Minister also launched Vidyanjali Kayakalp Portal. He released the book Aadharshila Implementation Guide. With this, training of 6 lakh teachers started. Women Welfare and Child Development and Nutrition Minister Baby Rani Maurya, Minister of State for Secondary Education Gulab Devi, Minister of State for Basic Education (Independent Charge) Sandeep Singh were also present in the program.
Don’t speak negatively to parents
Giving a lesson to the teachers of the council schools, the Chief Minister said that the teachers should not speak negatively to the parents. He said that if the report card of the child is not good, then instead of talking negatively to the parent, ask that the child will gradually improve. He said that if the child is weak in reading, then it is the responsibility of the teachers to make him strong.
Ever visit anganwadi center
The Chief Minister said that the teachers sometimes themselves go to the Anganwadi center and take their children also. He said that by connecting the children of your family with the society, give information about the life of the society, because the children who are away from the society become trishunk.
Along with technology, sensitivity is also necessary
The Chief Minister said that it is very important to impart technical knowledge to the children but along with it it is also necessary to inculcate in them sympathy for the family, nation and society.
