This temple has been found in the Abusir area, south of the Egyptian capital Cairo. It was under the temple of King Nyuserre.

The ministry further said – this building may be one of the 4 temples of the lost sun of the fifth kingdom, which have been mentioned in many historical books.

It has been told from the ministry that some parts of the temple building were demolished by the sixth ruler of the Fifth Kingdom, Pharaoh, during his rule so that he could build his temple there.

During the research, people of the Archaeological Department have also found some earthen pots and beer glasses from inside the building, which can help them in their research.

Some stamps have also been found from inside the ground, on which the names of the kings of the Fifth Empire are there.  In the photo, the ministry has also shown the places where the Archaeological Department is still working.

The first Sun temple of Lord Ra was found in the 19th century. Therefore it is also considered an important discovery, which can help historians to understand the ancient history of Egypt. Out of these 6 or 7 temples present in the country, now  Till date only 2 have been traced.
