Uttar Pradesh : Azam Khan’s health deteriorated, shifted to Medanta’s ICU, 48 hours critical
SP leader and former minister Azam Khan’s health suddenly deteriorated on Thursday. He has been immediately admitted to Medanta in Lucknow. He has been shifted to ICU due to difficulty in breathing. It is said that the doctors have told the next 48 hours to be very critical for him.
Azam Khan has a post covid system. He is being told the effect of pneumonia. Pneumonia has reached the lungs. Due to this there is difficulty in breathing. Azam Khan was caught by the infection in the second wave of Corona during his stay in Sitapur Jail.
After being hospitalized for several days, his condition recovered. The effect of corona was also on the lungs then. This time he has caught pneumonia fast. According to doctors, the next 48 hours are very critical. A team of five doctors is under the supervision of Azam. Earlier also Azam’s treatment has been done in Medanta.
According to the health bulletin issued by the director of Medanta Hospital, his condition is stable and under the supervision of the critical care team. Dilip Dubey, head of Medanta’s critical care team, and his team are treating Azam.
