Uttar Pradesh / Moradabad : Master Mujahid sold the classroom of a government school for 30 thousand, if the officials had not come, the whole school would have been sold!

You must have heard many reports of fraud related to selling school furniture and books. Have you ever heard of a class room being sold? Such a shocking case has come to the fore in Moradabad. It is alleged that the teacher here only sold the class room where he used to teach the children. The case is of Pitpur Nayakheda village of Kundarki block. It is said that the teacher of the school, Mujahid Hussain, sold the extra classroom built in the primary school for thirty thousand rupees. The person who bought the classroom from the teacher made preparations to tear it down and make it the home of his dreams. When the complaint of this matter reached the Block Education Officer, he too was stunned. He immediately reached the spot and investigated the incident and, finding the matter to be true, submitted its report to the senior officers. It is being told that the person who bought the classroom of the school had started the construction work there by demolishing the classroom in a hurry.

Second classroom was ready to be sold
Mujahid Hussain’s spirits were so high that he even made preparations to sell the second classroom of the school. Meanwhile, the village head Mohsin Akhtar complained to the Block Education Officer. On Thursday, Block Education Officer Vishnu reached the village and started the investigation of the case, in which the allegations were found to be true. Based on this, the Block Education Officer submitted his investigation report to the BSA. Pradhan alleges that the teacher selling the class room is often missing from the school on the teacher. Complaints about this have also been made several times to the authorities.

Known for exploits
The teacher’s salary has been deducted many times on the orders of several senior officers including the Divisional Commissioner. Other teachers of the school also allege that Mujahid Hussain often remains absent from school for several days without informing. He was instructed several times but to no avail.

Regarding the sale of classrooms, District Basic Education Officer Buddh Priya Singh says that the matter has reached him through the Block Education Officer. The charges have been found proven. Because of such people, the education department gets a bad name. Strict action will be taken in this matter.
