So he planned with his comrades first to intimidate Mittal and fired shots and then sought extortion in the name of Sunil Rathi.

Due to the complicity of the matter, the SSP appointed the first team under the leadership of Jwalapur Kotwal RK Saklani, the second team under the SOG in-charge Inspector Narendra Bisht, the third team under the railway post in-charge Praveen Rawat and the fourth team under the leadership of constables Prem, Nirmal and Jitendra.
