Uttarakhand / Pauri : Teacher suspended for molesting girl student, Secondary Education AD took action
An LT teacher of Government Higher Secondary School in Kalsi Tehsil found it difficult to molest the girl student. After the report of Chief Education Officer Dehradun and Block Education Officer Kalsi, AD i.e. Additional Director Secondary Education Garhwal Mandal has suspended the accused LT teacher. AD has also named BEO Kalsi as the investigating officer in this case. In this case, the victim student had accused the teacher of molestation.
Mahaveer Singh Bisht, Additional Director, Garhwal Board of Secondary Education, said that LT teacher Vinod Kumar Pal posted in Government Higher Secondary School, Thakrasadhar, Kalsi (Dehradun) had met a class 10 student of his own school. Alleged molestation. CEO Dehradun and BEO Kalsi have given a report in this matter. On which the accused LT teacher has been suspended with immediate effect. After release from jail, LT teacher will be attached in AD office. The investigation of this entire matter has been handed over to the Block Education Officer, Kalsi.
What is the matter: Actually, the matter is of July 28. Where monthly examinations were being conducted in a school under Kalsi tehsil. It is alleged that in the meantime LT teacher Vinod Kumar Pal, resident of Doiwala, molested a class 10 student. All the staff of the school reached the spot when the girl made noise. Along with this, the scared student gave complete information about the incident to her family members. Angered by this, the family gheraoed the school on the second day.
At the same time, on August 1, on the complaint of the victim’s mother, the police arrested the accused teacher for molesting and registering a case under the POCSO Act. Now the accused teacher has been suspended (LT teacher Vinod Kumar Pal Suspend). The suspension action has been taken from the Pauri Headquarters of Secondary Education, Garhwal Mandal.
