Uttarakhand / Kashipur : Lakhs looted at BSF jawan’s house at gunpoint

Four armed miscreants who entered the house of BSF jawan in Kashipur carried out the robbery by taking the family hostage on the strength of a firearm. The police have registered a case against four unidentified robbers on the complaint of BSF jawan’s wife.

The family of BSF jawan Vijay Pal Singh posted in Doiwala, Dehradun lives near a resort located on Dadiyal Road Fasiapura in Kashipur. On this, the miscreants kept three gold rings, three pairs of gold earrings, one gold chain, two gold mangalsutras, one gold nose flower, one pair of anklets, four pairs of silver nets, one pair of silver. They robbed four others like silver and ₹ 25 thousand in cash and fled after opening the door of the house. On information, ASP Chandramohan Singh reached the spot along with the police team.
