Dengue confirmed in woman in Dehradun, 4 patients have been found positive so far

Dengue cases are increasing continuously in Dehradun. Now dengue has been confirmed in a 40-year-old woman resident of Araghar. However, the condition of the woman is normal and she is undergoing treatment at home. District Malaria Officer Subhash Joshi said that the woman’s ELISA test was done, in which dengue was confirmed.

So far, dengue has been found in four people. Everyone’s condition is normal. Intensive campaign is being run for dengue control and prevention in Doon. In coordination with Municipal Corporation, Municipality and ASHA workers, publicity is being done for larval survey, source reduction and health education among the general public.

Dengue sting: Samples of 11 people were taken in Kaliyasaur
Srinagar. On Saturday, on the information of the village head, a team of doctors from Khirsu reached the village inspection after two people came dengue positive in Kaliasaur village under Khirsu block. Village head Kaliasaur Savitri Devi told that after two people came positive, samples of 11 people were also taken in the other people who are sick in the village.

In case of dengue cases, all the villagers were also made aware to maintain cleanliness in the village. On the instructions of CMO Pauri Praveen Kumar, the Health Department team reached Kaliasaur and sampled 11 people on Saturday.

In view of dengue outbreak in Kaliyasaur, samples of 11 others have been taken and sent to base hospital for examination. While two people have been found dengue positive. During inspection in the village, it was found that mosquito larvae were found in the store water, which was redressed immediately and appealed to the people to be aware of dengue.
