Video of her husband beating Mandeep Kaur in America goes viral, daughters kept pleading with father not to kill mother

The boy was not born, that’s why beating
Mandeep, a resident of Bijnor, was living in New York, USA since 2018. 32-year-old Mandeep used to beat her husband continuously for not having a boy. Not only this, even for not bringing a lot of dowry to Mandeep, Ranjodhbir Singh used to beat him.

Last video of 1st august

Mandeep had sent the last video to his father on August 1. In this video, she said that now she cannot bear this beating. He said that it has become difficult to tolerate daily beatings. Eventually the mother of two daughters decided to end her life. In his last message, Mandeep wrote, ‘My husband constantly beats me. He has relationships with many women. My father had filed a case against him in India but he pleaded to save himself with folded hands in front of me and I did the same. At first I thought he would slowly change but his excesses kept on increasing. I can’t bear it any longer. I’m going to kill myself. Forgive me papa.’

Requesting the father not to kill the mother

In a video being shared on social media, it is clearly seen that Ranjodhbir Singh is beating Mandeep and his daughters are pleading with the father not to kill the mother. In the background of the video, daughters are speaking in Punjabi, ‘Papa, na maaro mamma nu’.

Angry after video

After Mandeep’s video, there is anger among people from India to America. This video is being shared continuously in the name of Kaur Movement. An organization working especially against sexual and domestic violence against Sikhs has started a campaign in the name of Justice for Mandeep by running an online campaign.
