Due to heavy torrential rains, the Mori-Sankri main motorway connecting the apple horticulture area of ​​Mori block has come to a standstill. Traffic has come to a complete halt due to the collapse of about 15 meters of the road near Faprala Khad on the road here. Due to which the movement of 22 villages of the area has come to a standstill with the apple trade coming to a halt.

Due to incessant rains in the area, the problems are not taking the name of lessening. The villagers are facing a lot of problems due to the closure of roads every day. On Monday, the Mori-Sankri road was again blocked near the Fafrala Khad. Harvesting of these apples is at peak in Mori area and the apples are being loaded in trucks and sent for sale in outside mandis. But due to the closure of the route, the wheels of apple trains have stopped. Several vehicles are stranded on the route. While the movement of many villages has also stopped. Public Works Department executive engineer Deepak Kumar said that information has been received about the closure of the motorway, for which JCB machine and junior engineer have been sent to open it. Soon the motorway will be opened.
