Uttarakhand / Dehrahun : Miscreant arrested with 5 pistols in Doiwala, Rahul’s death revealed ‘secret’

The police has arrested a crook in Doiwala, Dehradun. From whom 5 pistols have been recovered. When the police checked the horoscope of the accused, his connection came out with the Rahul case. The same accused had sold the pistol to Rahul. After which the body of Rahul was found under suspicious circumstances in Nagal Jwalapur, Doiwala. At present, the police is investigating the criminal history of the accused.

SP Dehat Kamlesh Upadhyay said that on August 4, the body of a youth named Rahul was recovered in Nagal Jwalapur, Doiwala. A pistol and cartridges were also found near the body. When the police investigated, the pistol that was found from Rahul was sold to him by a person named Alok. After this, the police arrested the accused Alok while raiding. From whom 3 English and 2 country-made pistols along with live cartridges were also recovered. The miscreant arrested with the pistol.

The drug addict was the deceased and the accused: SP Dehat told that when the accused was interrogated, he told that he was a drug addict earlier. Rahul was also a drug addict. Due to which both came in contact with each other in the year 2016. Later the accused Alok also started doing the work of selling pistols from theft. Meanwhile, accused Alok had also sold a country-made pistol and 5 live cartridges to Rahul for 90 thousand rupees. The accused Alok is a resident of Nehru Colony of Dehradun.

The accused used to bring firearms from outside and sell them at high prices: Police said that the accused Alok used to work at the counter at the rehab center in Harrawala a few days ago. Who was doing finance work in Dehradun these days. Not only this, the accused was bringing firearms from outside at cheap prices and selling them here at high prices. At the same time, the investigation of Rahul case is also going on. The SOG team is also engaged in the investigation. The matter will be disclosed soon.
