Uttarakhand : Bus coming from Delhi to Dehradun overturned, 5 passengers injured, condition of 2 critical
The bus has overturned once again in Uttarakhand. A private bus coming from Delhi to Dehradun overturned uncontrollably near Laltappad on the Dehradun-Haridwar route. Five passengers have been injured in the accident. Whereas, the condition of two passengers is said to be critical. All the injured have been sent to AIIMS Rishikesh with the help of 108. The police team immediately reached the spot after getting information about the accident.
The police team that reached the spot rescued the passengers trapped in the bus and pulled out all the passengers trapped in the bus. The injured were sent to AIIMS Rishikesh with the help of 108. Among the injured are Sarika Negi, 22 years resident of Tehri Garhwal, Manisha Rawat aged 23 years resident of Dehradun, Abhijeet aged 22 years resident of Rajasthan, Shikha resident of Rajpur Dehradun.
It is being told that the accident happened due to the driver falling asleep. the matter is being investigated. Let us tell you that before this the roadways bus coming from Mussoorie to Dehradun overturned near ITBP Academy. More than 25 passengers were injured in the bus accident.
