Administration in action amid rising corona cases in Delhi, enforcement teams formed to deduct challans

South Delhi’s ADM Priyanka Kumari has issued instructions asking for formation of 3 enforcement teams at Hauz Khas, Saket and Mehrauli in South Delhi. The work of monitoring and leadership of the team will be done by the Tehsildar of the concerned area and every day the details of the deducted challans of the people who violate the Corona rules will be given to the Coordination Branch. In view of the increasing cases of corona in Delhi, the administration has taken this decision.
No fine from those traveling in private four wheelers
In the instructions issued by the administration, the DDMA meeting held in April 2022 and the decisions taken therein have been asked to strictly implement, in which a fine of Rs 500 will be charged from those who do not wear masks especially in public places in Delhi, although Delhi High Court According to the order of the court, no fine will be charged from people traveling in private four wheelers. Apart from the Tehsildar, one other officer and 15 civil defense volunteers will be included in the formed enforcement team.
