Maharashtra : NCB officer Sameer Wankhede, who sent Aryan Khan to jail, gets clean chit

The Cast Scrutiny Committee has given a clean chit to former NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede. In the order, the committee said that Sameer Wankhede is not a born Muslim. It is not proved that Sameer Wankhede and his father Dnyaneshwar Wankhede have entered the Muslim religion. It was proved in the order that Samir Wankhede and his father belong to Mahar-37 Scheduled Caste of Hinduism.

Nawab Malik, Manoj Sansare, Ashok Kamble and Sanjay Kamble, who were ministers in the Maharashtra government, who had complained about the caste certificate of Sameer Wankhede, did not find any facts, due to which their complaint is canceled.

The complaint was filed after the question being raised on the cast certificate of Mumbai NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede. In fact, the Mumbai Police received two complaints in which the complainant said that Wankhede’s cast certificate is fake and documents have been tampered with to get it so that he can get a job in the SC category. The complainant had given birth certificate and nikahnama of Wankhede to the committee as evidence. Based on the same complaints, the police formed an SIT and started investigation.

Nawab Malik was the first to allege

Actually this whole matter started when Minister in Maharashtra Government Nawab Malik questioned the birth certificate of NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede. Malik had posted a copy of Wankhode’s birth certificate on his Twitter handle, in which his father’s name is mentioned as Dawood Wankhede. He alleged that Wankhede has used ‘forged’ documents to get a job in the IRS under the SC category. Wankhede, an IRS officer, had joined NCB last year. Earlier this month, his attachment was extended by another six months.
