Registration of tricolor in every house

For this you have to first open https://harghartiranga.com/ website on your phone or laptop. You can open it directly by clicking here. After this you have to click on the Pin a Flag option shown in orange color. After this, access to your location will be asked. Give it access.

Then you have to add profile picture. After uploading the profile picture, enter name and mobile number. You can go to the next process without even uploading the profile picture. After that click on Next.

In the next step, mark the position of your tricolor. Your certificate will be ready as soon as you mark the position. After this you can download or share this certificate. The certificate will be downloaded to your phone in the format of PNG image.
