On Sunday, some miscreants opened fire in broad daylight in Bidholi and created an atmosphere of panic over a fight that took place two days ago. The fearless rioters also beat up some local residents.

Angry residents gheraoed Premnagar police station
On which the residents got angry and along with local MLA Sahdev Pundir, they gheraoed the Premnagar police station. He said that the Vidoli outpost police is avoiding taking strict action in the matter. Later, when the matter reached the SSP, he removed the staff of the entire post.

Case against 12 other accused including Manoj Pandit
In the case, some accused have been taken into custody after registering a case against 12 other accused including Anil Kumar Sharma alias Manoj Pandit.

Showed a pistol and threatened to kill
Vidoli resident Dheeraj Singh said that on Friday, Anil Sharma alias Manoj Pandit, who runs PG guest house in the area, showed him a pistol for parking the car and threatened to kill him.

Openly fired five-six rounds
At one o’clock on Sunday afternoon, Anil reached Bidholi with some of his friends from Delhi and Haryana and publicly fired five-six rounds. Thankfully no one got hit by the bullet. When some people objected to this, his companions beat him up.

SP City took information about the whole matter
On which the angry residents reached the Premnagar police station demanding the arrest of the accused and surrounded the police station for about four hours. During this, MLA Sahdev Pundir was also present with him. Seeing the matter increasing, SP City Sarita Dobal also reached Premnagar and got information about the whole matter.

SSP attached the entire post to the police station
In this case, the negligence of the outpost in-charge Bidholi came to the fore. When the matter came to the notice of SSP Dalip Singh Kunwar, he attached the entire post to the police station. At the same time, orders were issued to register a case against the accused.

Case registered for attempt to murder
SHO Deepak Rawat said that a case of attempt to murder has been registered against the accused Anil Sharma alias Manoj Pandit and others. Some accused including Manoj Pandit have been taken into custody.
