Uttarakhand / Almora : Unknown sued in delivery case of minor
In the case of giving birth to a minor child, a case has been registered against unknown for misconduct and under the POCSO Act. However, not much information has been given to the police on behalf of the victim in the case.
In fact, in the past, after complaining of stomach ache, a teenager resident of Nainital district took the family to the hospital. Where the minor gave birth to a newborn. After getting information about the matter, the police who reached the hospital also inquired about the incident. According to the developments, a 14-year-old minor girl from Nainital district was brought to the medical college base by the family members after complaining of abdominal pain. Here, in the case on Friday, the police have started investigation by registering a case against the unknown accused.
A case has been registered against the unknown accused on the complaint of the victim’s mother. the matter is being investigated. The accused of rape will be arrested soon.
