Let us tell you that today the CBI has raided the places of many RJD leaders in Bihar. During this the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has also become active. ED has raided 17-20 locations in Jharkhand in connection with money laundering in illegal mining. The ED conducted these raids after interrogating Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren’s MLA representative Pankaj Mishra and Bachchu Yadav. Both were arrested by the ED some time back. The ED started raids in March by registering a case against Mishra and others under the PMLA Act.
The Central Investigation Agency (CBI) has raided 24 locations in Bihar. It is being told that the CBI has taken this action in the land in lieu of job. The places where the CBI has raided include the hideouts of RJD MLC Sunil Singh, former RJD MLC Subodh Roy, Rajya Sabha MP Ashfaq Karim and Fayaz Ahmed.
The CBI raids on RJD leaders in Bihar came at a time when the speaker resigned before the floor test in the assembly on Wednesday. In such a situation, RJD has targeted the ruling BJP at the Center, terming it as an act of revenge.
RJD’s Rajya Sabha MP Manoj Jhan has said that during the raid, RJD MLC Sunil Singh said that it is being done intentionally. It doesn’t make any sense. They are using investigative agencies thinking that out of fear the MLAs will come in their favor. But we will not be afraid.
