Uttarakhand / Kashipur : Case filed for attempt to murder against five people
Kashipur. Eight-ten people armed with sharp weapons gave a deadly attack on three people riding a bike. All three were seriously injured in the attack and their bikes were also damaged. On Tahrir, a case has been registered against five named and others under serious sections including attempt to murder.
In the Tahrir given to the police, Kunal, a resident of Valmiki Basti, Maheshpura, told that on the night of August 17, at around 10 pm, he was returning from Chaiti Mor on his motorcycle. Saurabh, Sachin were also coming with him on another motorcycle. Kake, his brothers Nikke, Vipin, Divyansh, Vansh and four-five others surrounded Tanda Ujjain resident near Sethi petrol pump on Bajpur road.
The attackers stopped the motorcycle and beat him with sticks and sharp weapons. The attackers broke his motorcycle due to which he has suffered a loss of 20 thousand rupees. Nikke threatened to kill Sachin by hitting his accomplice Saurabh and Vansh on the head. This incident was also captured in CCTV. SP Chandramohan Singh said that on the basis of Tahrir, the police have registered a case against five named accused including others under serious sections including sections 307, 325, 341. Police are searching for the attackers.
