Uttarakhand : UKSSSC exam cancelled, CM Dhami said – PMLA will be imposed on the accused of paper leak

There was an uproar in Uttarakhand for the past few days regarding the paper leak of UKSSSC. After the issue of paper leak of this recruitment exam came to light, the candidates were demanding cancellation of the exam. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday regarding the UKSSSC exam.  On the day of review meeting. CM Dhami has announced to cancel the examination.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said after a review meeting in the Secretariat on Wednesday that the recruitments in which evidence of irregularities have been found will be canceled. He also said that UKSSSC should expedite the investigation of the paper leak case.  And also gave instructions that the property of the culprits should be confiscated in this case.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also directed the officials to register a case against the culprits under the Gangster Act and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).  He also said that the examinations in which evidence of irregularities have been found, they should be canceled and the selection process should be started afresh.  CM Dhami also ordered that the examinations which are being conducted with a clean process should not be interrupted.

He said that those who have been selected through any scam, their appointment should be canceled and a case should be registered against them. Uttarakhand CM also said that a chairman should be appointed for better functioning of UKSSSC  Significantly, after the UKSSSC paper leak case came to light, there was a demand to cancel this recruitment exam.

Let us inform that Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had recently said that the recruitments will not be cancelled.  He had also made it clear then that the interest of the youth would be taken care of.  The youth will not be allowed to be harmed.  Now the Chief Minister has announced to cancel the recruitment exam and start the selection process afresh.
