Uttar Pradesh : In Noida Bhavya Roy, who abused the guard, released from jail, got bail from the court a day ago

Bhavya Roy, who abused the guard at JP Wishtown Society in Noida, was released from jail at around 9 pm on Thursday night. On coming out of jail, Aaj Tak wanted to know about the incident from Bhavya but she left without saying anything along with her family members.

Chief Judicial Magistrate Richa Upadhyay had on Wednesday granted bail to Bhavya after furnishing two bonds of Rs 50,000 each. The release paper could not reach Luksar Jail, due to which he could not get release. Kagaz reached the jail late on Thursday evening, after which the jail administration released Bhavya after verification.

What is the whole matter

Bhavya had shifted to a rented house three months ago in JP Wishtown Society located in Sector-128, Noida. On the evening of August 20, Bhavya was leaving the society in her car. A guard was noting down the number of vehicles at the gate. Bhavya’s car was behind, due to which she was getting late. Due to this, Bhavya got angry on the guard and started abusing her. Bhavya was intoxicated at the time of the incident.

On August 21, Bhavya was arrested by the police after the video surfaced. IPC section 153-A (offence committed in place of worship, etc.), IPC section 323 (intentional hurt), IPC section 504 (intentional insult to any person with intent to incite him), IPC against Bhavya A case was registered under section 505(2) (causing enmity between different communities), section 506 (threatening someone) of IPC
